Domenica Builders is a commercial general contractor based in Vero Beach, Florida. We specialize in multifamily residential construction — apartment communities, duplexes, triplexes, and single-family rental homes — across Indian River County and the surrounding Treasure Coast.

Domenica is the exclusive construction arm for North Crane Living, a boutique residential real estate owner-operator that develops and manages apartment communities throughout the region. Every North Crane building is built by Domenica. That exclusivity produces something rare in commercial construction: a continuous, year-round pipeline with a single aligned owner on every project.

Because we are not chasing bids or competing for one-off projects, our operation runs differently. Our subcontractors work with us year after year. Our project managers carry institutional knowledge from one site to the next. Our budgets are informed by actual cost history, not estimates assembled under bid-day pressure. The result is tighter schedules, fewer surprises, and buildings that are built to be owned — not handed off.
